We have been teaching English- ESL for Restaurants for many years now.
Our course was developed by Prof. Roncal and the curriculum is very specific for Restaurants of all types
ABOUT THE COURSE:
This course is for kitchen staff, servers, busboys, hostess, bartenders, managers
OBJECTIVE:
After taking this course you will be able to speak and communicate in English during any restaurant situation, and at any time of the day.
CURRICULUM:
This course covers video, power point lessons, exercises, activities and quizzes on:
Guest greeting, order taking, placing orders with the kitchen, kitchen staff questions and answers, guest questions and answers, customer service, guest disputes, communicating with your supervisor and manager. Vocabulary on all kitchen related items.
TIMES AND VENUE:
Schedules are arranged with the Restaurant and at the convenience of the restaurant. We have sent our teachers to classes at your facility as early as 7:00 am
COST:
The cost for this course is $45 per hour per student. Company pricing is based on classes of 4 or 8 students per class.
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Prof. Carlos has been teaching English ESL to restaurants, hotels, construction companies, teachers, attorneys, salespeople, business people and other professionals for more than 20 years. He is a certified language teacher in the State of Missouri and the State of Texas.
Prof. Roncal speaks fluent Spanish, English, French and Portuguese
